Thrive Naturopathy Forms use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and/or supply the requested information. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with Third-Party Customers or outside parties. We use the information you provide about yourself to provide you with requested information & web-site updates.

REFUNDS – CONSULTATIONS & PRODUCTS

For any upcoming consultation, a refund can be given if the cancellation is made with 48hours of the appointment. Whilst it is understandable that things occur at the last minute, please ensure you provide at least 24 hours notice via email or phone to reschedule or cancel your appointment, otherwise, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Any “no shows” without notification will be subject to the full fee. This policy is in place because we have allocated a specific time for you and spent time preparing for your session. In addition, there is frequently a waiting list for appointments. If you are unable to attend, sufficient notice allows another client the opportunity for an appointment. For valid reasons, such as injury or illness, there will be no charge, this is at the discretion of the Practitioner.

Products – For products ordered via third party business, refunds are returns are as per their policy. Vital.ly refund policy and terms.

Liquid Dispensary herbs dispensed by Thrive Naturopathy personally are  non-refundable.
